Paying Online
You can pay Adelaide Pool Patrol via our secure online transaction facility. It is the quickest and easiest method to address your outstanding invoice. Use our secure Online payment facilities for immediate invoice processing.
Your credit card details are encrypted and protected by Secure Socket Layer technology using 128 bit encryption technology.
Credit card information entered during the ordering process will be deleted upon transaction completion.

Your payment is transacted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and is inclusive of GST.
We accept payment by Visa, & MasterCard.

Refund Policy
At Adelaide Pool Patrol we stand by our products and services we want you to enjoy the services we provide. In the event that the customer is not satisfied with the services provided by ADELAIDE POOL PATROL then the customer shall give notice to ADELAIDE POOL PATROL within seven (7) calendar days from the date of the services having been carried out providing full particulars of the grounds for dissatisfaction and upon receipt of such notice ADELAIDE POOL PATROL will at its discretion repeat the service or part thereof at no further cost to the customer.

Terms and Conditions for Quotation

1. GENERAL
1.1 These terms and conditions shall apply to all quotations and agreements for the supply of goods and services by ADELAIDE POOL PATROL.
1.2 All quotations for goods and services provided by ADELAIDE POOL PATROL are valid for 30 calendar days from date of issue.

2. ACCEPTANCE
By using the services and/or products available through ADELAIDE POOL PATROL you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions contained herein.

3. PAYMENT FOR GOODS AND SERVICES
3.1 Unless otherwise stated in the Special Conditions set out in clause 6, a minimum deposit of 20% of the total GST inclusive value of all goods and services to be supplied to the customer shall be made on acceptance of this Quotation and the balance is to be paid in full within seven (7) calendar days of the delivery of the goods or the completion of the services.
3.2 Until the customer pays in full for all goods supplied, title in the goods remains vested in ADELAIDE POOL PATROL and the customer shall hold the goods as a bailee only.
3.3 The customer consents to ADELAIDE POOL PATROL entering upon the customer’s property at any time during business hours for the purpose of taking possession of any goods supplied to the
customer for which payment has not been received.
3.4 In the event that a customer does not pay for goods and services in accordance with the provisions of clause 3.1 hereof, the customer shall, if requested by ADELAIDE POOL PATROL pay in addition to the costs for such goods and services an administration fee of $15.00 for each and every late payment.
3.5 If a customer cancels any order for goods or services less than 24 hours notice before the due date for providing the goods or services or if Adelaide Pool Patrol is unable to access a customer’s premises, Adelaide Pool Patrol shall be entitled to charge any such customer a cancellation fee not exceeding 50% of the scheduled service.

4. WARRANTIES
4.1 Unless otherwise stated in writing ADELAIDE POOL PATROL does not warrant to the customer that any goods supplied are free from any form of defect or fault and in the event of any such goods being found to be defective or faulty ADELAIDE POOL PATROL shall do all such things as reasonably necessary required for the customer to have the benefit and protection of any warranty given by the manufacturer in respect of such goods.
4.2 In the event that the customer is not satisfied with the services provided by ADELAIDE POOL PATROL then the customer shall give notice to ADELAIDE POOL PATROL within seven (7) calendar days from the date of the services having been carried out providing full particulars of the grounds for dissatisfaction and upon receipt of such notice ADELAIDE POOL PATROL will at its discretion repeat the service or part thereof at no further cost to the customer.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
5.1 Under no circumstances shall ADELAIDE POOL PATROL be liable in any way whatsoever to the customer, including negligence, for any damages or expenses suffered or incurred by the customer in respect of any goods supplied by ADELAIDE POOL PATROL to the customer which are defective or faulty.
5.2 ADELAIDE POOL PATROL shall not be liable in any way whatsoever to the customer for any damages or expenses suffered or incurred by the customer whatsoever which arise from any act by an ADELAIDE POOL PATROL employee, agent or subcontractor in the supply of goods or services to the customer.
5.3 In the event of ADELAIDE POOL PATROL being legally liable to the customer for expenses or
damages incurred or sustained by the customer for any other reason than that stated in paragraph
5.1then the amount of ADELAIDE POOL PATROL’S liability to the customer shall under no circumstances exceed the value of the goods and/or services supplied.

6. SPECIAL CONDITIONS
In the event that the Special Conditions set out hereunder are in any way inconsistent with the Terms
and Conditions of this Quotation and signed and dated by an authorised ADELAIDE POOL PATROL
representative, then the provisions of the Special Conditions shall prevail.
